A short, research-backed course that walks you through all six stages of the menopause journey, so you know where you're likely to be and what tends to come next.
You're not overreacting, and you're not imagining it. What you're feeling is completely valid, and there's a reason for it.
Most of us were never taught about menopause, so when symptoms start, it's easy to think there's something wrong with you.
Maybe you've fallen down a million rabbit holes of reels and podcasts and left feeling more confused than when you started. Maybe you've tried to explain it to your doctor, your partner, or your friends, and felt dismissed. It's okay that this is hard, and it's okay that you're looking for answers.
That's why I created What's Happening to Me? Understanding Every Stage of Your Menopause Journey.
It's a short course that walks you through the whole journey in order, from your first cycle changes to life after menopause, so you can stop piecing it together from scattered information online.
Course 1 was a really good overview of the stages of menopause and I learned things I thought I already knew. It incorporated the new information in a really easy to understand way.
Clear, easy to navigate and packed with practical insights. I loved how the key information was summarised into digestible takeaways, with references for those who may wish to research further.
As a partner, navigating menopause felt like trying to read a map in a different language. For the first time, I actually understand what my wife is going through physically and emotionally, giving me the tools to be a truly supportive and empathetic partner. As a husband who genuinely wants to support his significant other, this is the resource you need.
Course 1 was pilot tested with a small group of friends and family before launch. Their feedback is shared here in their own words, with their permission.
I'm Melissa. I'm currently completing a Master of Medical Science, where I'm researching women's interactions with menopause health information and services. But before any of that, I was a woman diagnosed with early menopause at 41, with more symptoms than I could count and no idea what was happening to me.
That experience, plus my research and the women I've met as a menopause peer group facilitator, is what this course is built on. It's the course I wish I'd had.
You don't have to keep working this out on your own. In one short course, you can know which stage you're likely in, what tends to come next, and have a free resource to keep coming back to.
Be gentle with yourself. You've been carrying a lot, and you deserve to understand your own body.
